So, the only way to get this is by purchasing V5I right? I mean ther eis no add-on to V5E is there?

Yes the only way to get it is through purchasing Infinite. I've asked E-On before if the Eco-System will be released as a module, since that's all I'm interested in, the rest is very uninteresting for me. E-On stated that the Eco-System will NOT be released as a module at all.
