Well, there's 2 ways. One you can get UV mapper to make texture templates. (The classic is free, but you get more options with the registered versions.) Or 2. You can open an existing texture from your textures library and modify it in any photo editing program such as photoshop then save it with a new name.

There's a UV Mapper forum that you may find of use.There's two stages to making a texture. A program such as UV Mapper helps with the first stage -- getting a template to show you which part of the texturemap covers which part of a model. That's fairly simple. The complexities of these programs mostly hit when you're setting up the UV mapping for a model. Most of the work needs to be done in a paint program, such as Photoshop or The GIMP. I've found the most useful feature to be layers. Put the template on one layer, draw the final texture on other layers.

Hello,since a couple of months I have poser now and I would love to learn to make textures for body's and/or cloths.How do I make them and what program do I need? I have been surfing like crazy but can't find any tut I need(unless I overlooked it ^_^) I hope someone can help me out. DreamStar
