Subject: Tree Bending question

Hi All this is a Newbie question I wold like to bend and shape the trunks of a Palm tree model that I have is this possible in Vue or do I have to edit them in ther progs and then bring them back in? Regards Keith

Nope, this is not possible in Vue. Not bending. Export is only available with the Pro series - Vue 4 Pro, 5 Studio Pro or Infinite. But because of the special mapping method of the leaves i question wether it is a good idea to export and then reimport the vegetation. In the pro version you have a plant editor where you can change most parameters of a plant, but bending is not in there. Shaping is, in a limited form. Each plant you create is different from the others, sometimes you even can get a palm variation with a bended trunk. I think the best is that you download a demo version - one of the Pro series - to see wether Vue does what you want it to. The best way to find that out.
