Dr geep, I made a conforming clothing sash for v3 but it sits slightly higher on the figure than it should (see link). Is there any way to fix that?Hi xantor, re:"Is there any way to fix that?" Yes, but it appears that you have already received some very good suggestions (in the "Attached Link:" thread) for fixing this problem. What you are trying to do is more advanced and right now ... I am just trying to cover the basics of the Cloth Room. The Cloth Room is very complex with many, many variables but, just like Poser itself, can be mastered by learning how it works a little bit at a time. One can not buy a computer modeling program and then create the Taj Mahal the next day. Everything takes time; learning ... is no exception. Just remember: "A quitter never wins and a winner never quits!" ... and ... "We're all ignorant, 'cept on different subjects." - Will Rogers Ignorant does not mean "stupid." Ignorant just means lack of knowledge, that's all. Try and learn a little bit each day and in just a few weeks, you'll be amazed at how much more you can do with Poser. Happy rendering, it looks like you're doing just fine. cheers, dr geep ;=]
Remember ... "With Poser, all things are possible, and poseable!"
cheers,
dr geep ... :o]

"I made a conforming clothing sash for v3 but it sits slightly higher on the figure than it should." If you are using the sash for a still render it's easy to fix, just unlock it from the figure and mess with the dials like Y TRANS etc., of course you are going to have to bend the sash to fit the figure, but it will work.
wlm11 I sent you an IM. brob355 I want the sash useable for animations and for p4 and propack users so I will still try and make it a conforming figure. Dr geep, I thought that there might be a way to recentre the body of a clothing figure so that it fits the figure wearing the clothes, and I thought that if any one would know that, you would.
