Subject: Poser 6 still crash

I used msconfig to shut down everything before installing. When I had installed Poser 6 worked fine. No I have turned back on the things I need, like net connection, Panda my Wacom, NO firewall, and now Poser shut down again no matter what other room I'm trying to access. I read all the treads concerning this matter so I hope someone can come up with something new. And I agree with Birddie, Poser 6 should have it's own forum because it's tecnical different to Poser 5

Didn't understand how that could solve my problem. And there is no way that I'm going to let Poser 6 decide what I can run and what I can't. Some minor adjustments are ok, but if it can't run with Panda or Norton ....!? Maybe I just misunderstood. Normally I don't buy preorders or brand new versions and this buy surley reminded me on why not.

During Beta I tested with Kerio and Zone alarm firewall and AVG and Norton anti virus. THese were both on Win 2k. Does it work if the Panda and/or NIS is turned off? If so just run the freebie version of AVG or ZoneAlarm until Curious labs or the security software suite get patched. Nerd3D, Poser 6 Beta Tester

I have absolutley no idea what happend. I left Poser 6 alone for a few hours, started it up again and been working in the mat, hair and cloth room and poser is still running. I also exportede Jessies head to make a template and will upload it now to free section.

Maybe Poser was just tired after that long hard journey from the server to your PC when you DL'ed it? :o) :] Fish
