I did a search on the wayback machine, found three tutorials on making buildings. Are these what you're looking for?Message edited on: 03/26/2005 07:17
There are a lot of things worse than dying, being afraid all the time would be one.
yeah, found him in a 'wallpaper site' called 'Witt's end'..the pics may still be there. This was back in Nov 01, just prior to discovering this place..;) He posts here at odd intervals, so yes, he's the gold standard of city building (well, he gives some a run for their money), and someday, if I ever grow up, I wanna be just like him (or at least borrow his talent..;) sorry to hear it's in Wayback territory..
I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit
anahl nathrak uth vas betude doth yel dyenvey..;)
FYI, from a long-time lurker...
Surreal places is gone, but they do have an archive site (not the wayback machine). Loads faster, but has popup ads (no bad stuff, just annoying).

Does anybody knows about the site www.surrealplaces.com by Kevin Cappis ? I think he has fantastic cityscapes and I want to look at his tutorials on making buildings. But at least in the last week the site didnt work. Have it been moved to another site ? Thanks Juani
