Has there been any indication as to how soon an update will be available to allow interation between Poser 6 and Vue 5? I'm just curious as to when we could expect an update, not really in any huge hurry since I'm still running Poser 5 so can import Poser figures through that which works fine. :o)

Hmmm...not sure what the problem is myself...I now have Poser 6 which imports into Vue 5 ok. In the poser import setup, just pointed poser 5 to the poser 6.exe...seems to work for me, dynamic clothes and hair

So it works as is then? Oh ok, I'll go try it, I wasn't sure whether or not it was going to work straight off or if there would need to be an update the way there was with Vue 4 and P5. Cheers for that. :o)

I have just done a quick pic for you to prove its working on my system. This is Jessi with dynamic hair (stock p6) and conforming clothes (meant to put dynamic clothes on her, but forgot...lol). Dynamic cloth DOES work too. The only changes I made from the import were the colours of the clothes, everything else is as it imported.

and here`s a test I did last week, again its Jessi from Poser 6, just used a photo for lighting and the same photo projected onto an alpha plane for the background

Ps the only problem I have with Jessi are the arms...as you can see from the above pic, once you move or twist them even slightly, they become mangled. The top pic has the same problem for the left arm, which is why its out of view..and these are stock poser 6 poses for Jessi...lol Its a shame cuz shes a good looking model with a lot of potential. I feel a service release figure update coming on...hehe

Cheers, I gave it a shot myself and lo and behold it works fine. From what I hear there is to be a Service Release for P6, it's seemingly in the pipe line to address some of the issues with Jessi, as you say she does look good. :o)

yeah the arms were the first thing that came to my mind, other then that she looks neat

Actually, I'm having a problem with Poser 6 and Vue 5 esprit. The figure came in ok, textures intact, etc. I used victoria 3 and had morphed her using the injected dials...(calf full, hip small, etc) While the figure came in with correct textures, the morphs were gone. Not sure why it would do this. I checked the file again in Poser and it was fine. Importing the figure as an OBJ worked, but as a PZ3, didn't. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dragontales
