Normaly I would try this before asking, but I don't have all the things ready to even test it. Anyways, there's this square on the ground (the floor level) but it's only so big. I was wondering if I can build beyound that. What I want to do is build a town (a big one) for my characters to walk through. Render time is of no problem (and it's not like you'll be seeing the whole town anyways). So, is it possible? Greeg72

Sure Greeg, The 3D world is only bounded by your imagination (and the size of your RAM :)

lol, well thanks PhilC. Yea, I got plenty of RAM, trust me. It's a pretty big project I'm working on, so I pretty much got all the stuff I need. Greeg72

The problem you will find is that the viewing window in poser gets only so big before it starts covering all of the controls. That is the biggest pain about the program doing large projects. The window does not give you a large feild of view. You can zoom back but then your detail gets so small that object selection gets tricky.

hey; grab the ground prop, an scale it up. ;) (and/or scale your figures/objects down.) and yes, you can build beyond it. you can even turn it off, and import your own terrain (in obj/3ds format) and stuff. good luck making a giant pose scene. that'd drive me nuts. :)
