HI! My nephew (9yrs old) is mad about Dragons. Bearing in mind his age, does anyone have any dragon renders they would be willing to let me printout to send to him. He doesn't have a pc at home so we can't e-mail them. I've trawled the galleries but a lot of them have nekkid Vickies or are the stuff of nightmares. I'd really appreciate any pointers or you guys posting some here. He's a really great kid, polite and well behaved - not your average little monster - and he's learning electric guitar. We could have another Steve Vai on our hands in a few years. Thanks for reading this - I know you won't let me down.

I have a few in my galleries though there's a lot to look through to find them all. You're welcome to use any of those. I always preferred Adrian Vandenberg ;-)

If you look at my Bryce gallery at 3D Commune there are a few - but they are all friendly dragons. One I called Puppy love of a cat and a dragon in February, one called aerial dancing of aiko and a dragon learning a flying dance routine - the dragon is really having to work at remembering it :) and one called a break in the game of a dragon hanging on to a ball while a cat wanders off to explore. I don't know if they are anything like you want but feel free to use them :)

I have an art book called a Diversity of Dragons. I'll look to see if anything in it is of a scannable size if you'd like?

CrazyDawg ( ) posted Sat, 02 April 2005 at 12:34 PM

I have a dragon i could send you but i think she may scare the nephew... /me is hoping his g/friend doesn't see this before monday :)

I have opinions of my own -- strong opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

Cool dragons, Rayraz! What are they made of?

Fractals will always amaze me!

Rochr ( ) posted Sun, 03 April 2005 at 9:16 AM

Nah, i think my scene is pretty child-friendly. :) You are aware that basically every 9-year-old have played Diablo "hack&slash" Hellfire, right...? They are immune. LOL

hmm.. I'm not sure.. I thought gypsum maybe, but it doesn't have that gypsum feeling though... maybe alternatively it could be cast resin? And yea they're defenitely cool! They're much better in real life then on those photo's though. The photo's just don't quite capture the way the light interacts with them

Why is he a sick puppy? The bad guys are running away, the dragon is chasing them. BTw, my five-year old nephew likes a game where you run people over in a car... How about that?
