This is my deciding issue with Poser 6. Does it support Multiple Parenting?

Hmmmm, I guess you'd better not get it because ... It is just like the real world ... a "child" can only have one parent.

A "parent" can have many children.

IF ... a "child" had more than one "parent" ... which "parent" would control the "child"?

Just a thought.

Almost...... See this message for a new type of parenting discovered by Raz... you can parent one body part to another body part under certain conditions. It's not multiple parenting, but I think it may solve the same basic problem in many cases.

maybe naysay guy only has one parent (that could explain a lot), but in the "real" world, a "child" actually has two parents. ;-) and which parent controls the child is a constant debate between the parents. E.D.

Hermaphrodidic Reproduction, there ya go. Specifically - im looking into the use of it for clothing - ie, robes with different parts for the legs.

i read somewhere once that in some tribal cultures every adult member of the tribe was/is? considered a parent of every child in the tribe i know egghead-type comment and totally beside the point

So in addition to Gould's "punctuated equalibrium" we also have "sporadic continuum"? (instead of a gap in the fossil records, there is a sudden appearance) Maybe they do crawl out from under the rocks.... Carolly
