Subject: Can you make hair 'grow' during animation?

It's probably got a complicated answer (unless it's 'no') but the question is pretty simple. I'm looking to make hair grow from short to long during the course of an animation. Can this be done? Oh, I'm using poser5 by the way.

strand hair? prop hiar?

The answer is yes (see this Dynamic Hair Lengthening thread).

"black cat" did something non-trivial based on this technique (Animated Dynamic Hair lengthening is possible!!)

As I was off-line for some months, I don't know if anyone else has tried it.

Sorry, I should have said it was dynamic hair. I assumed prop hair would be impossible to do anything like that (though I could be wrong). Thanks nruddock for the links, it looks like someone was definitely on the right track to figure this out. :) Now if I can just puzzle out how they did it...

"I assumed prop hair would be impossible to do anything like that (though I could be wrong)." If the prop hair had length morphs of any kind, you could animate them.
