Nightlight...never stub the toes again

Ahhhhhh a light to guide us - lovely entry and a well taken shot :)

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

when i was in Colorado at my sister's she had it, & it was still 100% better then this snail speed, using multiple windows helps but i still get frustrated, maybe i'll finally get some sleep? ok... so i'm obsessed.. lol... :D

Ooooh Cindy, I really feel your excitement. I've had Cable Modem since 2002 and wonder what I ever did before it. 9M Downloads 15 seconds!

In case you haven't done this yet, make sure ALL your software settings for Automatic Update are turned off! Right after getting the modem and a new computer with W-XP, XP decided to update while I was burning a CD, and it wasn't pretty. Back to F-Disk-ing the had drives,what a nightmare!

Niiiiiice pic, Cyn!! Over here they faded out that style of power point, and now we have really stark, square ones, and it's added to by the shade of brown. Once again here that was about the only shade of wallpaper you could get at first and once you get down through all the layers in an old house you usually find it.... so the picture gets a slightly older, more Victorian feel all round! (",) btw, good to hear about the speed. I'm actually 4 times faster at home than at work, and it just kills me surfing there, so I know how you must be feeling......

cynlee ( ) posted Wed, 13 April 2005 at 12:23 PM

power point? you mean the wall plug? ummm... not sure i follow you... it's just a postworked white textured wall but thanks mike... :] i like learning new ways with words... one of the cooler things of communicating internationally!!

ReBorneUK ( ) posted Wed, 13 April 2005 at 12:29 PM

Power point. Yeah. Wall Socket ;-) Power Point sounded more American to me, thought you would understand it better ;-) lol - after "shade of brown" insert "that you have added to the white textured wall." ;-) I didn't know your walls weren't mushroom / beige / taupe / tan / faun / other female word for light brown..... snigger (",)

(LOL) (Hey..I can't help it...must be the tech support in me!) DOH! L8r! Joe
