They are 2 meters high an part of a small wall. Hm...I don't know the right name for them, either. I would probably refer to it as a "post"...if the small wall acts as a kind of fence. If I'm imagining it correctly, it would seem to be a sort of decorative accent. Someone studying architecture could probably fill in the blanks. P.S. Holli -- nice model! :) Varian -- Treasures d'Esprit http://www.varian.net/dreamview/dreamtools/vue/
Very nice Holli, thank you. :) I just went and downloaded it-- I can definitely use something such as this. The only thing I might mention, is that your Read Me ought to have a mention in there about where to place any actual materials which are included with a model. I just went ahead and stuck the material file in my Materials folder, without placing it in any sub-folder, and Vue found it, so I guess that's what you had done. But, the material is good, and the "post" is good, too. Thank you again. :) --Mike

"Pfosten" in deutsch and "halier" or "montant" en franis, maybe ? Anyhow, it looks very nice. The material you applied is perfect ! Hope you will use it in a picture soon :-) GuittaThis site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. Our own cookies make user accounts and other features possible. Hi everyone, I will not make the same mistake again. This time I'll ask all you what an item is called. Since I'm not an english native speaker. I live next to an old church where you could find many of the things you seen on the picture. They are 2 meters high an part of a small wall. What's the name for it ??? TIA Holli
