I've been using probelight effects for a long time -- GF Magick, the Magyrie sets, fireworks, and several more all use the probelight node and some unique settings. Combined with additional effects such as displacement, and then using the morphs for the effects (they've all got so many morphs in them it's frigtening) they allow for some wild stuff. Plus, the probelight allows the magic to do something that isn't possible earlier: render against a white background. This includes my free magic sets -- the Be Creatives pack available at RDNA, and the ODF_Magic set available at Odd Ditty Foundry.thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with.
