Subject: Layout question

I am new here and I have a question. What is the best way to control the format and layout(fonts, tabs, etc.) of my contributions. Like e.e. cummings, sometimes I would like to be able to control the visual layout of the piece instead of it just going on and on and wrapping around, chatroom style. Thanks, D.

Hey there!

The best way I've found to control the format and layout for your writings is using HTML. Since you're just displaying your work on a webpage, Renderosity is configured to allow most HTML to work.

You can adjust your font size, color, and type using the FONT html tag. You can use BR, P, CENTER, etc to help you with spacing and layout. You can actually as far as I know use just about anything in HTML except for the IMG tag. Renderosity won't let you insert additional images with the IMG tag in your post.

Here are a couple of sites with info on basic HTML :)

Yes, to really control the look use HTML. But even without HTML it can be as simple as the use of white space. A simple blank line between paragraphs can make all the difference in the world. jon
