Too much TOS talk... my mind is boggling!! Can we please stop brining it up in COMPLETELY unrelated topics and stuff?? If anyone is so grossly offended by the changes in the TOS then stop coming here or please bite your lip so we can not have the exact same conversations here day after day and week after week!! I personally am A-OK with the TOS! I have no desire to go against it and am happy being a part of the Renderosity community. However it's so lame seeing it "TOS'ed" up here there and everywhere!! See thread a few posts below this new one! Come on, let's get over it! I don't even remember the name of whomever caused all the fuss when they originally decided to revise the TOS... One "yes" vote from me on no more TOS threads. But they are open enough to allow dissent here, unlike the few sites where they don't have a provision against child nudity. So these threads will probably continue, as more and more sites prohibit child nudity.

The TOS discussions from a while back are "THE DEAD HORSE" Let it rest in peace... I like to enjoy reading the forum, not seeing rehashes of old, dead news... There's so much more in life (Poser and real life) that can fill the void left by the TOS... My point is in a thread about anything else (usually technical) can we please avoid the TOS? Is that so bad? Am I trying to ussurp the forum by asking that? Am I dictating how YOU (the reader & poster) think? No, I think not... I'm merely trying to promote less bickering and back-biting that always goes on when the TOS is brought up! Good point SoulTaker, however I'm mainly referring to posts that have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the TOS or violations thereof... When reading a post about Poser Size and seeing the TOS brought up in an inane, useless manner then I feel justified to remark on it. Am I to stop reading ALL the posts then? I'm here to learn about Poser and see what folks here are up to in general with poser and sometimes otherwhise(we Poser users can be pretty interesting) so why is it so bad to be tired of TOS crap?? I'm not saying the TOS is crap, I'm saying the tedious, bringing it up here there and everywhere IS! had a typo or two...

I can be a pig, I'm not violating the TOS am I? That's what's great about a community... we can be who we are and fit in somehow... but constantly brining up the TOS (for example) is like fighting City Hall... This IS Renderosity's site, they can do with it what they please. If we want to continue enjoying Renderosity then we should accept Renderosity as it presents itself to us. Keep rocking the boat and maybe they'll just get so sick of it and close it down or make it private or whatever.... Things are pretty darned good here ('rosity) so let's just enjoy it. That's the underlying theme of my original post... sorry for not conveying it in THE original post.

Simple:

The administration should make it a violation of the TOS to discuss the TOS.....or to start any threads on the subject.

Discussing the TOS will result in an immediate and permanent banning from the forums.

Of course, you would still be free to peruse the marketplace as much as you like. But at least the forums would be quieter...........

What's all the fuss about? Get any group of people together and there will always be a few who are distracted, off-topic, or are making inappropos remarks. So some folks post off-topic stuff and you don't want to read it anymore, but you have to look at it anyway, go around it, wade through it, or whatever. How is that really any different than any other group-human interaction?

But Ill be damned if I let you or anyone else tell me or any other member that the discussion of the rules of this site is off limits. You don't like the subject of a particular thread?
