Subject: Superb Customer Service!

Well I am sure impressed. I ordered Poser by phone on Fri April 22 at about 6 pm central time. Since I live in Canada I couldn't order overnight delivery but had to ship it by UPS International or Purolator. I have had problems with Purolator so I went with UPS whom I've had great service with, even though they were a couple of dollars more. I asked Curious Labs approximately when they were shipping and they said they would ship it as soon as it was available. I asked if it would be here in less than a month and they said it all depends on supply etc. So I resigned myself to the fact that Poser would arrive in 2 - 4 weeks. Today I had a knock at the door and it was UPS. I was surprised to say the least. Just over 24 hours from Minneapolis Minnesota to Calgary Alberta. Thats 1048 miles (1687 km). Hats off to Curious Labs and UPS for Great Service!

Same here. I have my order 3 days after I placed it and that was without sending it overnight...just plain old ground. MN to TX :)

Just hope your computer doesn't choke on it like the HitMen. LOL. I can joke about it because I'm just outside of Calgary. Have fun with P6.

beryld, I'm just interested where outside of Calgary you are and what type of artwork do you do? Do you have a website? Yup the hitmen didn't do so well, After beating Brandon 10 - 0 in the first game I thought they'd do better. Looks hopeful for the Stamps though!

I'll send you an IM. Stamps can't do any worse than last year. Well, they could but I highly doubt it.

Just curious... I live in Calgary too and was happy with the prompt delivery but I used Purolator and have recieved an invoice from them for $34.24. It was for brokerage, GST etc. Did you get the same from UPS?

I got one from Purolator too, I thought a liitle strange. Will need to look into this farther, it was ontop of the agreed price of P6 and shipping. Another in Calgary. When I first started here with P4, there were only 3 or 4 of us in Alberta. Wonder how many there are now and if there are enough for a get together sometime this summer.

Seems ridiculous to me that I was charged 3 times for GST. I got the same thing when I ordered some stuff from Think Geek through Purolator. I just wonder if it's cheaper through UPS. A get together would be great. It would be interesting to see how many of us there are.
