Open up the material editor and go to the object/Material you want to have the reflection. On the Reflection, click the plug and go to Lighting:Ray Trace:Reflection (I belive that's it, I don't have it open, close enough for government work though). That's pretty much it if you want a simple one. RuntimeDNA, the Forums here, and DAZ I think has tutorials on how to do it. Oh, and don't forget to turn Shadow Catcher off in the materials tab for the item, plus you have to do a Ray Tracing @ the higher rendering (render settings, Firefly tab, move the slider to the right)

Hello, I have been working with poser for almost a year. I am still kind of new to it, and still using almost basic freebies. I have bought a few things, but not too much. I recently purchases poser 6, and I have been checking out the galleries to get some new ideas, and I have noticed some nice refelctions. I thought I would try this. I create a box, and make it big enough to be the floor. I get a model all in place, and have it all ready to go, then I go into the material room and change the setting on the primitive box, so that it is chrome/brushed chrome and I turn on reflections, but the "chrome box" never reflects my character. I have made sure that all the boxes are check to reflect my character and lights, and changed the ambient color, so if you could help me, that would be great!!
