Subject: Cubic Illusion

Hi: I tried to recreate the old cubes illusion in Bryce. I wanted to give the cubes a texture or shadows, but that spoiled the illusion. The result looks OK and works well enough, but I'm not sure about putting it in the gallery, since I could have accomplished the same effect in a paint program. :^) Here it is, anyway. John BTW, if you haven't seen the cube illusion before, stare at a space between cubes for long enough, and it should turn wrongside out and become a cube.

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

yup works for me too! Cool, wonder if it would look prettier with colored cubes instead of grey.

That's the cool thing about these, I can switch which way the cubes go.
