Subject: Moving object to front of what I'm looking at

I need to move the selected object in front of what I'm looking at (the directors view). How could I do that?

Look from above (Num 2) and move the selected object. You need to know where the "director" is located. I usually use the "Camera to Director" command first. In this case, you know exactly where the "director" is. Hope that helps!

If you haven't moved the directors view the camera should be directly opposite you in the directors view. Change to top view and move your object in relation to where the camera is, then switch back to camera view to check. To fine tune switch to left, right etc views. the FOG
