Subject: Gift certificate says it doesn't belong to me?

mescorp ( ) posted Sat, 07 May 2005 at 6:50 PM · edited Fri, 03 January 2025 at 2:29 PM

My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for mother's day, but when I enter the number in my shopping cart and then click "recalc my order", it keeps saying that the gift certificate code doesn't belong to me. What should we do?

I'm not showing any gift's purchased for you. What is your husbands username? Deb

I'm not showing any purchases for a BabcomDave. Does he have an order # from his receipt? Deb

Hi Deb. The order number is #317708. It was purchased on Friday, May 5th. I don't think he entered my username as the recipient anywhere, so how would we redeem this now? Also, he is a first time buyer, so would that have anything to do with it? Thanks for your help!

Yes, I see that he didn't enter your name as a gift recipient, and he is also a first time buyer. Please have him email store@renderosity.com with his first time buyer information, and request that the gift certificate be listed as a gift for you and I'll have the programmers correct that. Deb
