Sorry, but their help section says coming soon, so I will have to seek help here. Is there a secret to entering your Poser serial number on their site. Capitals, spaces, dashes, 0 or O, or what is the secret? I have tried every possible way and it still says my serial number is incorrect or invalid.

Also... There are no I's or O's. Just 1(one) and 0(zeros). Enter it exactly like on the sticker, including all dashes. case doesn't matter.

Just a thought (from a customer's point of view)...

Purchasers of the CD version should also receive an email S/N so they can conveniently copy & paste like the rest of us.

Wierd. Yesterday I tried ten times, in different ways, to enter my serial number, and everytime I tried, it told me I have an invalid serial number. Today I go to the site, click on the Magelan, which yesterday took me to a screen to enter my serial number. Today it goes straight to my shopping cart, and in there it says that my serial number is required, but it must have accepted it yesterday, because I didn't have to type it in today. So my serial number that said invalid yesterday was actually accepted.
