Recently I've stumbled upon hash.com and I've been reading about a program called Animation:Master and it looks like it's exactly what I've been looking for. I'm surprised that I've never heard about this software before. Has anybody on here used it? What's it like? How does it compare with something like poser?

You might want to ask on the Hash Online Forum. You can find a link at hash.com. Most hasher's don't hang out here at renderosity...

tufif, Animation:Master is fine as long as you are willing to model everything yourself using splines. The program will not import polygonal figures, except as props. Animation is animation, whether you use Poser, A:M, maya or a pencil and paper. You need to think about the tools that suit you personally. If you are adept at modeling with splines, then A:M may be the way for you to go. If, however, you think that modelling and animation are two very different things, and you just want to animate....then a program which allows you to draw on readily available models, props, etc, such as Poser or Vue Mover may be more suitable. Hope this helps. Adam
