Hello all you good poeple out there.. as the pic shows I'm trying to create a Hulk character in Poser..I know it's been done before but the site that has it has had it's d/l's down for about 3 days so I've tried to do my best ( I'm still a newbie..1 week yesterday) in making this. I know the body size is still a little small and I've had no luck with clothing either..any advise or help will be appreciated :-) OdD2oDd

Honestly, I don't think it looks bad at all. I am trying to remember the old television show...didn't the Hulk always look like he was bursting through his clothes? You can get the effect of shredding and tearing by using transparency maps. It is sometimes helpful to download other people's maps and look at how they achieved a certain effect. For example, Rena at Fairywoods recently produced two characters called Zadora and Hakim. On their cloaks, she had done a very neat "shredded" effect using a transparency map. The fabric looks like it is torn. Fairywoods is at http://www.poserworld.com/fairywoods. Follow the link that says "What's new?" and then scroll down to Zadora and Hakim. It is a fantastic resource as Rena knows how to do everything (make props, etc.) using just Poser. As a newbie it was the very second site I visited, and I have visited it every week since. I think the Hulk is coming along really well, and especially for someone who has been using Poser for one week! Poser is addictive, yes? :))

heyas; looks pretty good to me, too. :) unless he put his boxers on after he changed, yeah, he always rips outta his old clothes. you can also scale the clothing down (if it's a separate figure/object) so the legs poke through the sides here and there. see, there's a use for badly-conforming clothing after all ;)
