Subject: tutorial noob to pro

hi im new at blender and im dong the tutorial, but i got stuck at section "Detailing Your Simple Person 2". i cant figure out how to put the person in wireframe mode. the tutorial is at http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Blender_3D:_Noob_to_Pro/Detailing_Your_Simple_Person_2 thanks for responding

Press the "Z"-key.

If I understand you correctly, you just want to toggle between shaded and wireframe view. The most comfortable way of doing this is to use the menu on 3D window header. It`s a small rectangular icon that can be pulled down and here you can choose wireframe, shaded, or solid views. I use this menu instead of remembering all these hotkeys;)
