Never saw it but yes, "Driller Killer" by Abel "Bad Lieutenant" Ferrera. Note: Sarte banned from temple for 1 year and must say 1,000 Hail Vickys

It doesn't by any chance have a star bit? (I sense a pun coming on, someone hold my hands off the keyboard!) Carolly

Oh go ahead Booful. I haven't had a good laugh since watching George Galloway slap the Senate silly.

:chuckle: About time someone did. As for tools, you know what celestial mechanics is supposed to be about? Now imagine a celestial mechanic in a coverall (made of sparkly stuff?) with logo on the back and gadget-filled tool box... with a lever for moving planets, star bit, starter cables, crescent wrench for those pesky moons, and whatever else I can find in the hardware store. I like visual puns, too, and half the fun of an image like that would be in identifying the elements. Carolly

lmckenzie ( ) posted Sun, 22 May 2005 at 6:30 PM

Throw in some planetary gears to keep things moving, orbital sander to smooth out eccentric orbits, a dish to hold satellites, a van Allen wrench... OK, I've even disgusted myself with van Allen wrench.

hauksdottir ( ) posted Sun, 22 May 2005 at 7:53 PM

Wow! Orbital sander! How could I have forgotten an orbital sander!! Might even throw in a belt sander for asteroid belts. The van Allen wrench is a bit of a stretch, but in it goes. Ah, ha! Universal solvent! :wide evil grin: Carolly

lmckenzie ( ) posted Sun, 22 May 2005 at 8:20 PM

Well, sniff, I was going to say universal joints but reason restrained me. If he's the stereotypical, drooping pants repairman, it would be apropos to inform him that, "When you bend over, I can almost see Uranus." Calculating trajectory of pelting garbage and making a hasty, yet stylish orbital transfer to the exit. Ad astra per aspera

Only particles can teleport... but after I've beamed you, that'll be all that's left! :mercilous, but appreciative, grin: Carolly
