Really pretty. I have no idea, but it looks right up POVrays alley. If you did it in POVray, my hat goes off to ya. A command line ray tracer? I'll stick with Bryce's mediocre rendering, thanks.

Well, the answer, it's actually 3dsMax 3.1, the wood is a shellac of a raytraced polish material over a wood bitmap, the spheres and pyramid are just raytraced mats in max. Total time - 10 minutes to create the scene and about 20 to render.
