I was wondering if they screwed up; I downloaded it, then a minute later the link to it was gone. I think I have just been made a Beta Tester...

PJF ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:01 PM

It's no good standing on the seat, the crabs in here can jump six feet.

Lawndart ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:03 PM

I suddenly have a stronge urge to pound down a couple of Crabby Patties. :)

beachnut ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:10 PM

Watching the posts here reminds me of crabs trying to get out of a bucket. OMG! OMG! ROFLMAO! I'm sorry..but that is the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. I actually laughed out loud! **Tears in eyes... On a side note...I've not had any problems with P6 thus far and I'm terrified to download the patch. **Ducks while everyone takes a swing....

XENOPHONZ ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:15 PM

If you ever happen to see a bucket full of live crabs -- I wouldn't recommend sticking your hand in the bucket.........

I don't like the taste of crab. Although I've had it. Nasty. Like eating a giant spider.

Oh, yeah......

I think that we now know what the next CP freebie should be.

They ought to model a crab.

And a free bucket to go with it, too.

It'll make a great addition to the bugs.......

This thread is really fun! LOL

BrokenAngel9 ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:43 PM

sneaks a bookmark in between all the crabs

RobotSteve ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:47 PM

How about an entire "seafood" line with accessories! A crab with a bucket, a tuna with a pair of spectacles, maybe a sponge with a spatula. Can you eat a sponge? But seriously some sea crittiers would not be a bad idea....

Lawndart ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:50 PM

YEAH!

hauksdottir ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 4:57 PM

CLSteve, Isn't there supposed to be a way that our serial numbers are permanently set in Content Paradise so that we only need to enter them once and they get cookied or something? Given that some of us are dyslexic, it would help. The rest of you, I'm allergic to shellfish... so you guys can reach into the bucket of snapping claws. Hmm.. instead of "bit bucket", is that bitten bucket? I'll wait for the official announcement that the SR is up and ready for download. Wait!... if you're all standing around the bucket with buttery fingers, I'll swing by much later tonight when all the little pinchers are gone. Poserworks has a nice crab, BTW, and Noggin has a lobster. Nobody has done a hermit crab that I know of, though. Carolly

Lawndart ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 5:02 PM

a hermit crab would be really cool.

who3d ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 5:05 PM

Noggin has a Crab too - pretty nice IIRC:) Cliff

Francemi ( ) posted Wed, 25 May 2005 at 5:05 PM

I went there and they still only have the tutorial missing files and the content updater. ???

The earlier version up was a test, and so folks who did sneak in and get it may wish to redownload: "Sorry for the inconvinience of the link being live earlier and I would suggest that if you downloaded already, you may want to download again. There was an installer that was a placeholder and a standin for testing so I can't guarantee the integrity of what you downloaded." The Windows version is now *officially* live and available. Steve also says that the Mac version still needs a bit more testing for Tiger. Carolly
