Did a little hiking and picture taking at Chimney Rock, NC. Very beautiful views and tiring long trails! Came very close to filling up a secong 1Gig CF card! TMG

Now you have to process all of them, so will be looking forward to more. Heights don't bother me a bit. Falling from them does though.That viewoint is pretty nicely taken.

I love the mountains of NC and the lower but beautiful ones of the Shenandoah region of Virginia,not to mention the Great Smoky National Park of TN and NC. This is a beautiful area and your images do it well. Thanks for a reminder to get up and get back on the road again..and the trail as long at this bod will allow that. Yes, these images do the area well. Thanks. Tom.

Wow, that looks like strenuos but fun hike...definately worth it for the photos you got. I was there some years back but did have the camera bug so much so didn't take advantage, doh! :) Great shots!!!
