I bought some items - the download is super-slow, barely 1kb/sec - and it never finishes, just cuts off. Wasted the entire afternoon trying to get 2 files. Please set up an ftp, or get it working. I need the stuff I bought NOW! Why is there no emeail response immediately after an order? Every other site I buy on sends a verification within minutes of the purchase. Seems like a server problem. I see from this list that many others are having this trouble.

I just had the same problem :-( first time I have ever bought anything here and this happens . Please, someone let us know when the problem is fixed.

The site has experienced a moderately heavy load today, and a slow connection to the internet. Right now, the server is not under a load, and the internet connection seems to be improving. Keep trying to download your purchases, and if the problems continue, we can send them to you via email.

The staff has sent one of my files as email attachment. The other should be on the way. Could it be that the release of the ProPack has stimulated the poser ecomony? I should have my PP CD any day now!!! I hope everybody got their files. Thanks.

I would be VERY cairfull about installing the propack. It has some MAJOR bugs!

I hope somebody details these bugs in ProPack. I have a second computer, so I will install it on that one to test it. I shall report what I can find here. Hopefully this will help Curious Labs get it perfected.

I don't have the propack, but it seems the problem is that it does not allow CR2 files to have more than one figure in them, like the old poser 4.0. My stuff requires 4.3 to work.
