Nice series...it is interesting to see the different variations, thanks. I see the first is the one you posted in you gallery. I really like the brownie version, though I'd suggest deselecting her lips beforehand so they don't get lost in her face. :)

Hey... the last one is really spectacular... interesting, unusual - thats what I like... ;-) From the former versions, I prefer the brownie one, yes.. But hey, shes beautiful and you inscened her very well in this ways!! :-) Awesome stuff!!
Please have a look at www.digital-renaissances.org!
I definitely prefer #1 as well... the toned ones are nice though..... I'm not sure I like what the blue supression in #2 did to her hair.... although it might not have mattered if I didn't know her hair was actually a brilliant red..... Nice to see all the different variations.....
I am, therefore I create.......

I prefer #1, however the variations are good to see...sounds like a repeat of the above post. Actually, I like the tonal balance of #1 and perhaps the lips of #2, with a slight more emphasis. To me, the lips in #1 are too exaggerated. To each his/her own. Anyway, lovely shots. If I had not seen the variations, I would likely have not even thought about the lips.
The second one for me since the skin tones are softer and not blasted out due to the filtration settings. Also the lens flare if one can call it that, which is coming on from the top left side is not noticable here. In version her right side of the face reveals more detail. So before playing with filters, I would look at the lighting technique, specificly the light on the background as i find it to harsh and not gradated enough.
