What? Another Vittirio post? NO! Announcing M3 Improved! This new version of M3 comes with a regrouped and remapped object file, a new .cr2 file, and custom morphs to really add value. M3 improved is grouped and mapped like David, and will take all David, V3, and Vittorio morphs. He'll still wear all the M3 clothing too! M3 Improved is going out for final beta testing before submission on Sunday night. During the testing period, the Vittorio Freebies will be offline (limited storage on my server). If anyone would like to beta test M3 Improved, please IM me. You'll need to have David and V3 injections from Daz, and all the Vittorio morphs (with the set and free). BTW, "M3 Improved" improved is a working title for the product. If someone has a suggestion for a better name, let me know. Thanks!

Angelus?

Looks pretty cool. I sort of use a weird version of this for a lot of my illustration work but it is much less complete :)

Wow! Looking really good Jim! Will he still take the regular M3 face/head morph injections?

I'm very interested in this since I use M3 products only to transfer them to David in some manner. I just don't like standard M3 at all, but I could use a a version that take David morphs. What about the joint parameters? Does it have the same as M3 to be able to use his clothes? Will he be supported by Wardrobe Wizard? Could you post some more images. What do you think about "M3 Plus" for the name?

Questions questions..... (grin). He won't take M3 morphs, since he's grouped like David. His JP's will be pretty much the same as the current M3's, so he'll be able to wear all the current M3 clothing. Since his base figure and JP's are the same as the current M3, Wardrobe Wizard should work great on him. I'll be posting another pic in a few minutes.

I'm not trying to be arrogant or negative by asking this, but why would somebody want this figure instead of M3 Vanilla or David? What advantages does it have over one or the other? I can see that it allows David users to use M3 clothing, but programs like Wardrobe Wizard allow that, too. Guy

ghole, The idea of M3 Improved is to make M3 more versitle, and to add more variation posibilities. David morphs don't look the same on M3 improved as they do on David, since they have different base figures. Also, V3 has the best face set available, and those faces can be used on M3 Improved. To be honest, I don't like M3's base morph set. It comes across too sharp and edgy for my taste. David's are smoother and better. Applying them to M3 gives some very interesting variations. The David injections also include morphs that aren't included in the M3 injection package: Barbarian, pic shape, etc. I've also created some custom morphs for M3 Improved (like I did with Vittorio), that give even more variation. Finally, the idea isn't to replace David or Vanilla M3, it's to allow you to get more milage out of David and M3. More looks, more variations, more possibilities for you renders. Here's a pic of M3 Improved with a combination of David's Barbarian morph, and Vittorio's Freaky and JimBoy morph applied. Also the link will take you to a gallery image of M3 Improved in the gallery to see another look (nudity).

I see. The gallery image is quite impressive! I was already planning to pick this one up, but now I'm really convinced! And I'm headed over to Daz soon to pick up Vittorio!

So he doesn't take M3 head morphs? Just checking ... I have a pile that I might liek to use on him.

pdxjims ( ) posted Wed, 15 June 2005 at 8:02 AM

Ghost: Nope, doesn't take M3 head morphs. Sorry. However, if they're custom morphs (no dial turning) I can convert them over to the new version for you. ghoyle1: Sorry about the name thing, I typed too fast.
