Hi all, I've just bitten the bullet and purchased WW.... So now the page says "you will receive download instructions", but it also says "DO NOT CLOSE YOUR BROWSER OR DISCONNECT ", and also in large threatening letters "DO NOT LEAVE THIS PAGE UNTIL YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL YOUR FILES". So I am sitting here panicking, and not daring to close that page, and waiting for the download instructions to arrive in my EMail (which haven't arrived yet). What if I get disconnected ? ... eeek does this mean I will get charged twice ?? Andrew

Heheee nooooo it's ok. Go ahead and close that page (Click the link that says return to PhilC etc etc) Phil will send you an email shortly with a download link and a few instructions on getting the serial number as well.

If the truth be known my email with the download info probably arrived whilst they were typing the above forum post. Sent it within moments of the sales notification.

You might consider editing that page though Phil. It had me worried for a good half hour myself. Saying don't close this page til your done downloading is pretty derned specific.

Yes you are absolutely right. If I had easy access to it I would. However its part of my eCommerse package and I do not have direct access to the text on the page. The big red text was put there because we had a succession of folks who were purchasing smaller items for which a direct download was available but they were closing the page and emailing me for a link. The line above it says "Wardrobe Wizard .... you will be emailed download information" The page before it gives the same information AND the page before that similar. I'm meeting with my hosting service next week to hopefully set up a site forum and other stuff. Trust me the first thing I'll be getting them to sort out is the text on that page.

LOL, I had the same mini "panic". I looked and looked for the download. I finally closed the page and emailed Phil telling him that I had bought the program but there was no download link. He replied back very promptly. I later looked at his site that in my haste the first time, didn't take the time to read the Wardrobe Wizard page where it states quite clearly that you will receive the download link by return email.

I suspect the man does sleep, LOL I ordered mine during the day on a weekday and got my link in less than 10 minutes. It being the weekend and the middle of the night, I suspect you'll get the email when he wakes up.

Yep, yesterday was pretty typical. I started to answer emails at about "very early" and continued till about .... well if you just ordered but are still waiting for a download you'll know when. Its now two hours past "very early" and I do remember sending out Marque's and LadyElf's downloads. I'm now going to be out at Church but will be back around mid day.

I read this thread, Went and made my purchase, and still paniced for a moment..lol and remembered oy yeah I just read about it...lol Silly rabbit :) Generally how long is the wait for the email.. not being a pest and all, just excited, decided on purchasing this over Bryce 5, figured to be more useful, and already owning vue 4..

Wow, some of you e-shoppers are spoiled. I still operate under the assumption that a response within one business day is prompt.

I think that the plan is to add the other figures too, but only one can be worked at at a time, so it will take time.
