Subject: Serial Number for Downloaded Update from P5 to P6 (purchased!)?

I have a registered copy of P5. I purchased the Upgrade to P6 from e-frontier and downloaded ist (had to type my P5 serial number there and it worked). Now I try to download SR1, but my P5 Serial Number wont work! I checked the email I received upon purchase of the upgrade, but no Serial Number there either... So what do I do now?

got it... its named "License Key" in the email =)

Maybe you need to enter your P6 serial number. Didn't they give you a new serial number for P6?

Yes, just to clarify- although you do need your Poser 5 serial number to purchase a Poser 6 upgrade, you'll need your new Poser 6 serial number to download updaters from either e frontier or Content Paradise- and you will also need to have registered your copy of Poser 6 with e frontier in order to download the SR1 updater. The e frontier site will ask you to enter your (registered) Poser 6 serial number to verify ownership before it lets you download the updater. Hope this helps! -- e frontier Technical Support
