I converted Prince Charming for David (DAZ3D) to Hiro. It looked good until I posed him... then... well... take a look... Any ideas?

Have you viewed the included on screen video tutorial on joint parameters? I do not have that particular costume but the first thing I would do is to check the spherical fall off zones for those body parts joints. Probably increasing the Z and Y scale of each by a couple of percent is all you need to do.

To access the help documentation click the "Utility" ---> "Help" buttons of the Wardrobe Wizard. The Joint parameter paragraph is towards the bottom of the page. The link to the on screen video tutorial is in that paragraph.

If it should prove to be some other issue then naturally we can pursue it further, just let me know.

Doesn't Hiro have the same body parts as David? Then converting using the 'Unwelded Unregrouped Figure' should take care of it also. That button doesn't modify the CR2 of the original, so you keep all yours morphs as well, but it only works well between figures that have the same body parts.
