Subject: Apologies to Reiss-Studio

hoppersan2000 ( ) posted Sat, 30 April 2005 at 4:43 AM · edited Wed, 13 November 2024 at 10:58 PM

I posted a warning about Body-Studio 2.6 about 2 weeks ago. I am here to retract that posting and to publicly apologize to the company. It was not an error with Body Studio but with a crap installation of Poser 6, go figure. Again, this program does operate as stated and imports files wonderfully into Max 7 without a hitch.

I was just curious what this was about. That is really cool of you to post this. I don't know you but am impressed by it. Glad you were able to work out the problem.

hopper, did you go back to the post in question and make another entry there? Remember, old posts ARE read...by people doing research long after the fact, like on the search term "Body Studio." For my own two cents...Josh and the people at Reiss-Studio have been consumate professionals and problem solvers, in my limited interaction with them and in the more extensive interactions with people I work with who use their products intensely. Poser is not really that 'social' with regard to linkage with other packages, and Reiss's products fill an important gap. ::::: Opera :::::

I have had difficultuies loading Daz figures using the Reiss plug in. Not willing to give up yet; wondering if anyone else has had the same problme to offer possible solutions.

Hi squid69! I'm sure we can help with the figure loading, just e-mail service@reiss-studio.com and someone from the support team will help with the issue, cheers! -Josh

Actually my problem had to do with viruses. After a thorough scan, I have had no further problems. I would also like to state (this is not an endorsement) that customer support here and at my e-mail address is outstanding!
