Apollo has a whole new rigging system and none of the poses you currently have in your library for Dork, M2, M3, D3, or H3 will work on him unless you lock several body parts (like fingers, hands, and forearms) to prevent breakage. imho, It's a wise investment to pick up excellent poses build just for him that take advange of his new rigging system and extra poseably body parts (like ears, foot, toes, and waist) rather than start from scratch and build up your pose library with poses just for AM. But that's just my 2 cents.

Maybe the hair fits if as you said you already have the supported models, or most of them. As for the rest, you can create your own morphs and you can create your own poses, etc. Further, if you do so, you will probably learn a lot more about AM in the process. So I'd suggest you just hang on to the rest of the money and wait another month or two. There are liable to be various AM products coming soon, and you may need every penny. (all usual disclaimers apply)
You can also create your own hair fits, so whatever works for you. I've been using Wardrobe Wizard to convert hair to M3. It looks so good, you would never know it wasn't made for M3 from the start. The controls in WW are amazing, I've never been able to convert hair and shape the skullcap/hairbase to fit M3 so perfectly. WW also supports AM. That would also be a good investment for AM. But there is a drawback. AM's default pose is not in the T shape. Anton choose a different zero pose which would lessen the distortions while poses. It's a brillant idea, however because other figures are in the T position (except for the Girl), when converting clothes, the arms will have more distortions than other figures would have gotten. I haven't tried it, but if you have Girl clothing with long sleeves, it will most likely convert to AM better than M3 or D3 long sleeves will. bB
I suggest the hair fits and the poses - yes, you can make your own poses, but it depends on your level of expertise, and how much time you want to put into it. I prefer to have a base number of prefab poses to start with, and work from there - for example, a kneeling pose, then minor adjustments to change body position, arms, hands, etc. If not, you have to first go through all the dial twists and bringing down to floor and everything else just to get the initial kneeling, then do all the other stuff. It is strictly a matter of how much time you want to put into your poses, etc. If you're real handy with the poses and comfortable enough to start from scratch, I'd suggest Face-off's Realism kit. It will go a long way in creating some great and realistic textures for your Max. I've used his kits on other figures and find it is a very good investment.

All the various threads here and elsewhere have pretty much convinced me to get ApolloMaximus 2005. I'll have about $10-$15 extra to spend on AM2005 stuff at my disposal.
My question is what additional stuff do you gals/guys recommend I get either here or at RDNA. I'm definately thinking of the 'Hair Fits for Apollo Maximus' since I have a number of hair models that it supports and it's only $2.50 at RDNA. That leaves me another 12 or so dollars...
TIA for your help...
