Subject: Need advice on creating thumbnails Mac -> PC

Hi all! I am working on some character morphs that I would like to release into freestuff. My problem is that I'm on a Mac, and I can't seem to figure out how to make the thumbnail show up in the Pose library for my PC tester. The morph pose itself works fine, I'm just missing the thumbnail. I tried using Macconverter's Mac -> PC setting, but to no avail. I also got on my husband's PC and downloaded P3d0 Explorer and tried it's png -> rsr converter, but apparently to no avail, because she still can't see it. I'm not sure what else to try--do any of you Mac users have any pointers?

I think they just use .png's. No conversion necessary for P5/6.

If you use pngs, you may need to invert the alpha channel.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have an alpha channel. And although I can see the png's just fine on my Mac running P6, my tester's PC running P5 just gets a blank square. Which is why I tried converting to rsr's, but that didn't work either. :-(
