Subject: Does any one here remember this character figure from the 80's?

the guy on the left in the orange jump suit turns into the glowing blue guy when he uses his power. I remember seeing this figure in KB toy store back in the early 80's and only have vague recollection of him

Yeah didn't he come with comic? Look like I remember him being called Adam before he turned into the glowing blue guy...............
