In the render itself or just in the preview? Could be because of different display of transparent stuff in P6 preview (openGL).

No. Is a finished render (P4 render in both)

Ok, I've just tried it, that looks like a bug. That 'short' style MAT/MOR pose is supposed to change the transmap from kozlong_tr.jpg to kozlong_extratr.jpg and it doesn't. It is loading the second map into Poser6 (it is there in the 'recently used textures' list) but it is not actually adding it as the new transmap. If you change transmaps yourself the hair renders correctly. The other MAT poses for changing texture colour (blonde, black etc) work correctly in P6, but that transmap isn't changing. And that transmap changes correctly in P4.

Something similar happened to me yesterday, this time in the case of a V3 MAT pose which refused to apply the eyelash transmaps. They got loaded, but they didn't get applied. Reapplying them in the Material room didn't help either. I saved the scene, quit Poser, restarted the machine, reloaded the scene, and all was fine. Looks like a bug to me indeed.
