It is more like one of those "funniest" home videos where someone falls off a tree, lands on a picket fence and perforates his testicles.

Every time something similar happens, we always tell them to check everything with a fine-toothed comb before accepting it into the store, but they're just too trusting. It takes considerable experience doing business with people, before trust is replaced by caution.
