Subject: Did this ever hapened to you?

Hy there! Since today , Poser 5.0 is unable to see my .rsr thumbnails that I made with P3D0 Explorer.Only mine , the others are ok.Also , Poser 4.0 still sees all the thumbnails.I have reinstalled Poser 5.0 three time but the result is the same... Also ,I have reinstalled it on another HDD and it can see the thumbnails. Maybe you can help me.Otherwise , I think I will need to reinstall the operating system. Thank you in advance! Best regards!

I don't know the answer. However, I think I've read that this happens sometimes and that there's an easy fix to it. You might want to try searching back on the forums a little here. And if you more descriptive in your subject line when asking for help, you'll get help far quicker.

It's possible that you are over the default limit of thumbnails that poser 5 can see. There is a way to make it so that you can see more thumbnails. I can't recall how to do that though. I'm in the process of reinstalling all of my runtimes right now because I just did a reformat and I can't retrieve the data off of the saved CD's I made :( So hang in there. Someone will stop in and explain how to change the thumbnail viewing number. I'll need that information too.

No , my thumbnails are in their place and everything is ok.Only that the graphics inside are not displayed , so I know what a thumbnail represents only by its name.The thumbnails are not disapearing , just the graphics inside them are not displaying.I have only the circles you see behind the original Poser figures in the thumbnails.

When Poser shows you a thumbnail , it is recomposing the final thumbnail that you will actually see from the .rsr file , layered over a .psd file that contains a circle and that Poser specific creamy background.Well , the thumbnail made by me are not recomposing.Only the content of the .psd file is displayed , wich means , only the background.The thumbnails are in their place and do what they must to do , but they are all look the same...blank!Only their names differ...

Sounds like a problem with the Alpha channel.
