Yes. Group your drumkit and go to the Create Presets pallate. Click the add button and put something meaningful in the name and description (I recommend copyright information and whether it can be used for commercial purposes or not). Click the check and then select the new preset. Now click Export and put it somewhere. Bryce exports the file to .obp, which can unfortunately only be read by Bryce. This is what is meant by Bryce has no export capabilities (but it can export meshes and terrains).
With something as complex as a drumkit, I'd be tempted to save each item as a separate obp, that's one item per create thumbnail.......then offer the whole file as a freebie.....

I've created a drumkit among other things in Bryce5 and would like to share them as freebies if possible. I've read you can't export files as objects from Bryce. Is there a way I can share my creations as objects or some other file extention that can be imported to Bryce in their 3D form?
