Subject: Problems with gum overhang when rendering

Excuse the extreme colors, I was just trying to troubleshoot this problem and I wanted to determine what materials were responsible. I've isolated the problem to the gum material and how it is rendering. I've also removed all shadows from all the lights.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem or what is making this happen?

Maybe your normals are reversed? At the very bottom of the PoserSurface list check Normals_Forward on and see what happens. Sure looks like reversed normals to me, anyway.
