Subject: Eye Reflection Maps

I am trying to apply eye cornea reflection maps (specifically Arki Eyedeas) to my Poser figure. While they show up beautifully in Poser, all I get is flat black when I render the eyes in Vue 5 Esprit. The reflections don't show up at all. Can someone tell me what I should set my material editor on to get these maps to show up in Vue? I am using Poser 6. Thank you, Denny

I don't have Arki Eyedeas, but dug through the textures I have and found Danae's Milla. He is one of my favorite merchants here. Anyway, Milla's reflection came through fine. I looked in the material summery and he has a left and right cornea along with the usual whites, iris and pupil mat. This is a rough render of Milla

You can't use reflexion maps in Vue5 Esprit or Pro Studio, only in Infinite. If you use a bitmap in the variable transparency tab, which I suppose you did, the bitmap is interpreted as a greyscale image, and this is why your eyes turned black.

Ahh sorry, didn't realize it was a Vue Infi thing.

Rats. Thanks, anyway.
