Hi folks, Further to a conversation in the Chatroom the question is this: Just what is the most commonly used phrase uttered by a 3D artist sat in front of his/her monitor? Post your answers below! Minty

To start you off: 'What does this button do?' 'I touched this and the screen went nuts!!!'

LornaW ( ) posted Fri, 08 July 2005 at 12:24 AM

Oh look, did I just morph these big giant boobs or what?! Yay, I'm a 3D artist now and I can't wait to post these big huge breasts in the gallery! They will all be so amazed!! Well, that's more than a word but I'm sure it's said all at once anyways, too often! LOL!

@#$&#;$@ Poser,... how come when I go to add conforming clothing,it replaces my figure?

@#$&#;$@ Poser...Why cant it have a @#$&#;$@ a multiple undo like every single other application known to man?

@#$&#;$@ Poser...Why cant it even undo "ONCE" the MAT pose I just assigned?

@#$&#;$@ Poser...I give up,...I'm going to create my own character in Lightwave or C4D.

@#$&#;$@ Poser,...why cant CL/EF release a stable application?

@#$&#;$@ why cant content providers create a zip file that starts with "runtime"?

@#$&#;$@ why cant people post an image that fits in a browser/monitor window instead of 1280 X 1024? Do they really think we need to see it at such a high resolution?

@#$&#;$@ How did my coffee get cold so quick? Oh..it's because 3 hours have passed and I still haven't done anything yet.

@#$&#;$@ Why is this rendering so slow? Those folks that say a crankin Video card makes no difference in render time are crazy.

@#$&#;$@ Renda?...what is that?

@#$&#;$@ Poser....@#$&#;$@ Poser.

Sometimes, LOL. Although, I think my longest Bryce render that I didn't get impatient and stop was 36 hours. And it ended up looking like crap. (I was away all weekend, so my impatience wasn't really a factor, LOL.) But, I've had hugely long renders in Poser, too :(. But, it's the end result that matters, and not the insanely long wait, right? LOL.

~rofl~ As far as I can see the most common phrase is completely unprintable in a "family" environment. That certainly confirms my research too.

Content Advisory! This message contains violence

Most common phrase is: It doesn't matter if the image is bad, it is the courage of posting the horrible image. We are all artists after all. Striving to make the world a better place.... Except for that TIO bastard. He is mean. He doesn't respect us.
