I see the same kind of problems and I'm on broadband connection at home and T1 at work. Sometimes things pop up, sometimes it takes forever, sometimes it just times out, and sometimes I get a speedy "Page not found". :O) Rumor has it that things are being worked on and being tweeked. If and when things will be better (and consistantly so), I have not heard. But it is a known issue.

Irene-
Seems like it's been a lot longer than a year to me. Although, I must say that this is not the only "busy" website that has it's ups and downs with speed. Heck, there are some not so busy ones that are simply awful. Such seems to be the way of the web these days. There are just not enough squirrels in the world to turn all those wheels fast enough, plus they need to stop to eat and poop now and then. LoL! -Irene-

I'll second that, it has been years not a year! I don't think I have ever seen this site run fast since I first started visiting. But the community is great and everyone does show patience, or else there would be no one visiting and people ranting about it more... Glad to know that they are trying to resolve it. Regards, Paul

...Is it me?...but whenever I click a link on Renderosity It takes ages for the page to load....example I click a link...then it takes about 30 seconds (on 1 bar) in IE then ping page is shown in its entirity. Its as if there some Database or other at the backend that is causing the problem, trhe actual .html is loading fine...its the call for the data that is slow?! Any chance of fixing it? PS: Getting into the site with my saved page with the login details can sometimes take over 3 to 4 minutes or timeout.
