Have you tried increasing the specular channel of the material in the mat room? Perhaps attach a glossy or blinn node to the alt_specularity channel, and tweak to taste.
Tools : 3dsmax 2015, Daz Studio 4.6, PoserPro 2012, Blender
v2.74
System: Pentium QuadCore i7, under Win 8, GeForce GTX 780 / 2GB
GPU.
alt specularity... mmm I'll try that. :) I messed with lots of channels, that one I know I didn't... hehe. :) thanks for the suggestion!

Hi! I've got a leather texture mapped on a figure and I'm desperately trying to make it look shiny -- like real leather in my P6 render, but I'm not able to get there. :-( Can anyone help? Anyone know a secret formula? lol! I've tried reflection maps, but even that doesn't work at all... It works amazing in P4, but P6 ignores it completely. :-( What am I doing wrong? Thanks! Caro
