Check out RuntimeDNA.com. Search the store on loincloth. They have a couple of different loincloth sets that are very reasonably priced and fit several characters. A plain one, and one that's sort of wrapped.

There is a great set of Loincloths on RDNA, they have one standard one with a texture set and one Aztec Style one also with textures. Freebies, there is one from Tagame, a japanese poser person, its more japanese in style and fits M2. His site is rather adult in nature, but if you click thru to poser freebies you can find the items I mentioned. They are FREE.
His site link is: http://www.tagame.org/ there are some things written in english, just enter the site and then look for the option: Download then: Poser Freebies.

His stuff is nicely done, and maybe that loincloth will help you.

But I highly recommend the RDNA stuff.

Wow, there's some great stuff at that site. It says "Macintosh only," though. However, the downloads are zips.

Does his stuff work on PCs? Is there anything that must be converted?

Nerd3d has a freebie dynamic loincloth, too, I believe. I think it might be for the Freak, but switching dynamic clothes between characters is very simple.
