I'm getting a page not found error when I hit the checkout button from my shopping cart...

What browser and OS are you using? The MarketPlace checkout is working fine. We are processing orders for other members. Let me know. Clint

Hi ~ I also cannot check out at all. Tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I recieve the following error when I try : "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday for further assistance. If you need assistance outside of regular business hours please send an email including your username to store@renderosity.com. Thank you. Renderosity Store Staff" Please note that I go from viewing the cart/wishlist, and click 'check out' on the left side and then immediately get that error message. I am not even taken as far as the screen to input credit card and billing information before that error message comes up. Is it on my end ? Would really like to purchase these two items. This is a little frustrating. :) ~ Seliah

Hi Seliah, Do you have any firewalls in the mix? Are you using a IP randomizer? Clint

No sir, to both. This is the first time I've run into this error message. I also emptied all my temporary net files ((cookies etc)) and rebooted the machine. Same error message. :) ~ Seliah
